Trudeau hikes your taxes and gives buckets of cash to executives in Germany and Japan.
Cut taxes, cut red tape, end corporate welfare. CTF Federal Director Franco Terrazzano was on BNN Bloomberg TV to hammer Trudeau's corporate welfare.
It was about three o’clock in the afternoon, late April, with the sun not shining and the threat of cold rain hanging in the air above mediocre professionals who betrayed your confidence during a winter of protests (and in most major moments hitherto), when a few stories went out that lacked substance, but not colour.
Red, in particular.
Since the October 7 attacks on Israel, antisemitism has entrenched itself as a disturbing norm in Canada, often receiving tacit or even explicit support from political figures. Author and broadcaster Dahlia Kurtz joined True North’s Andrew Lawton to discuss the recent rise of antisemitism in Canada, and her new book “Dear Zionist, You Are Not Alone.”
“I’m more anti-China than you!” That’s one theme of this Presidential election. But not long ago, American presidents were excited about China.
The Communist dictators had began to allow private property, and the economy boomed. But sadly, political repression may have gotten worse.
We did not get a new Grocery Tax in Canada, after weeks of plenty of warnings that it was going to happen. Taxpayers from across the country flooded the inboxes of politicians and SAID NO!
Over the course of three days, former National Enquirer publisher David Pecker laid out the details and sequence of events of three deals made to “hush” three individuals from leaking negative stories in the leadup to the 2016 presidential election about then-presidential candidate Trump, under direct examination by prosecutors.
Attorney Emil Bove, representing President Trump, argued that Mr. Pecker’s agreement with President Trump was not illegal, pointing to other deals he made with Tiger Woods, Mark Wahlberg, and politician Rahm Emanuel after he left the Obama administration to run for mayor of Chicago.
Mr. Bove also had Mr. Pecker affirm that he did not remember that the 2015 meeting at Trump Tower happened mid-August until prosecutors told him so and questioned Mr. Pecker on several more dates and specifics that the witness could not remember, in an attempt to show that testimony of events so long ago could not be reliable.

A new study on harms resulting from the COVID vaccine was published on April 8 in the U.S.-based peer-reviewed medical science journal Cureus. It represents the largest study to date on adverse effects of the COVID vaccine, and the results are shocking, to put it mildly.
In the study, titled “Increased Age-Adjusted Cancer Mortality After the Third mRNA-Lipid Nanoparticle Vaccine Dose During the COVID-19 Pandemic in Japan,” five Japanese scientists used an entire dataset of the country’s 123 million population (Japan has the highest vaccination rate in the world) to study excess cancer mortalities coinciding with mass COVID vaccination.
The study shows that in 2020, after COVID-19 began to spread in Japan but before vaccination was available, the age-adjusted number of deaths was 28,000 fewer than what was predicted. And in 2021, as the virus continued and there was limited COVID-19 vaccination (it started in February), there were 25,000 more deaths than what was predicted.
Based on the number of excess deaths in 2022, the Japanese scientists concluded: “Statistically significant increases in age-adjusted mortality rates of all cancer and some specific types of cancer, namely, ovarian cancer, leukemia, prostate, lip/oral/pharyngeal, pancreatic, and breast cancers, were observed in 2022 after two-thirds of the Japanese population had received the third or later dose of SARS-CoV-2 mRNA-LNP vaccine.”
“These particularly marked increases in mortality rates of these ERα-sensitive cancers may be attributable to several mechanisms of the mRNA-LNP vaccination rather than COVID-19 infection itself or reduced cancer care due to the lockdown,” the authors wrote.
In plain English, this study revealed the mRNA COVID jab is likely the cause of the extra deaths that occurred in Japan.
A senior Health Canada official says pharma giant Pfizer made a conscious decision not to advise regulators that its mRNA COVID-19 vaccine contained a DNA sequence from the Simian Virus 40 (SV40).
This information appears among multiple emails between staff from key drug regulators, including Health Canada (HC), the U.S. Food and Drugs Administration (FDA), and the European Medicines Agency (EMA). The information was obtained through an access-to-information request.
Concerns raised by some scientists about the presence of unintended DNA in the mRNA shots relate to their potential to integrate into the human genome and cause issues like cancer. The Florida State Surgeon General Dr. Joseph A. Ladapo has called for a halt of mRNA shots over these risks.

“So far this season, we expect that almost all of the wildfires we’ve experienced so far this year are human-caused,” said Alberta’s minister of forestry and parks, Todd Loewen. So far in 2024, the provincial wildfire team has responded to 205 wildfires that have burned approximately 755 hectares, confirmed Alberta’s wildfire provincial information officer, Josee St-Onge.
True North previously reported that other provinces’ wildfires were overwhelmingly caused by human activity and that the number of total fires and total area burned in Canada is lower than in 1980 — the furthest the data goes back.

Over twenty-five years ago, Canadian historian J. L. Granatstein claimed that most Canadian students were receiving an inadequate education in Canadian history. This study provides a snapshot into two of the largest Canadian provinces–Ontario and British Columbia–assessing whether the same is true today.
The curriculum guides for British Columbia elementary and high school students are lacking in Canadian history content, leaving it largely up to individual teachers’ interpretation, with a disproportionate focus on historical discrimination – failing to give students a solid foundational knowledge of the nation’s past, finds a new study released today.
In poll after poll after poll, Canadians are making it abundantly clear that there’s one big thing this country wants:
LESS JUSTIN TRUDEAU.
On the Liberals signature play for political recovery – the ‘tax the rich’ capital gains hike – 46% of Canadians call it a mistake, while 31% say it’s a good idea. 24% say they don’t know.
Those are disastrous numbers for the Liberals, because it indicates Canadians have quickly realized that the ‘rich’ category encompasses far more people than the Liberals like to pretend.
Meanwhile, 49% of Canadians view the budget negatively, while 21% view it positively.
And a mere 12% of Canadians think the budget will help them.

Canadian academic and author Dr. Tom Flanagan discusses the false media narrative of 'unmarked graves' at a former Kamloops residential school. Tom's new book, Grave Error: How The Media Misled Us (and the Truth about Residential Schools), is a call to reason against the moral panic unleashed on May 27, 2021.
